The defect, if any, pointed out by the Stamp Reporter may be rectified by the learned counsel for the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today.
The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the Case bearing No.242 of 2002 (D20150203003183), under Rule 115-P of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Rules, 1952 may be decided expeditiously.
Without entering into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Case bearing No.242 of 2002 (D20150203003183), under Rule 115-P of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Rules, 1952, be decided within a period of six months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. The copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
