Shri Choksi, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition at this stage and seeks direction to the concerned authority to decide the representation expeditiously. Permission as sought for is granted. Matter is disposed of as withdrawn. It goes without saying that the respondents, who have been under an obligation to respond to the citizens communication, have to respond to the petitioner's letter/communication dated 14.3.2012 also. Therefore, it is directed to the respondents that the letter/communication dated 14.3.2012 be responded appropriately and in case, if it is found unsatisfactorily in any manner, it would be open to the petitioner to take out appropriate remedy under law. Direct service permitted.
