Heard Mr. Pandey Balkrishna, the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicants submits that he be permitted to withdraw the present application as the husband has not been impleaded as a co-applicant. He further submits that the dispute between the parties is a matrimonial dispute and therefore, he be permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh impleading the husband as a co-applicant.
Prayer made for is bonafide. Accordingly, the same is allowed. The present application is dismissed with liberty to file fresh.
Certified copy of the impugned order be returned to the learned counsel for the applicants after retaining a photocopy of same on record.
