The petitioner is an Associate Professor of Mathematics in D.A.V. College, Muzaffar Nagar. This writ petition has been preferred so as to challenge the order dated 04.12.2006 passed by the Education Director (Higher Education), U.P. Allahabad.
The writ petition on the face of it suffers from patent delay and latches and we do not find the reason for the delay as explained by the petitioner in paragraph no. 27 of the writ petition to be sufficient to entertain the writ petition as such a long interval of time, i.e., after a period of over 11 years.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of delay and latches.
