By way of present revision application, filed under Section 397 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the applicant has challenged the judgment and order dated 09th January, 2012 passed by the Family Court No.1, Ahmedabad in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.2608 of 2009 whereby the Family Court has directed the present applicant to pay Rs.4,000/- to the respondents.
Heard Mr.A.G. Vyas, learned counsel for the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application in light of the order dated 13th March, 2012 passed by this Court in Criminal Revision Application No.357 of 2011.
Permission as prayed for is granted. Present revision application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
