Considering the averments made in paragraph 2 of the application, in my view, satisfactory explanation is rendered by the applicant to condone delay of 537 days in filing application for restoration. Delay is condoned. Civil Application for condonation of delay is allowed. Rule is made absolute with no order as to costs.

It is stated at the Bar by the learned counsel for the applicant that the office objection has already been removed and the amount is deposited accordingly.
