Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned standing counsel for respondent no. 1 and Sri R.B. Yadav, learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 and 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after interference of Assistant Director (Basic), Agra, charge of Head Master has been given to the petitioner, but ancillary charges attached with the post of Head Master like as Mid Day Meal, Management Committed etc. has not been given.
Sri R.B. Yadav, learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 and 3 submits that whatever charges are attached with the post of Head Master shall also be given to the petitioner at the earliest.
Under such facts and circumstances, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no. 3 to handover all other ancillary charges attached with the post of Head Master of School maximum within a period of one week from the date of production of certified copy of the order.
