Order on Crl. Misc. Correction Application No. 2 of 2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State.
The order dated 22.04.2019 is corrected to the following effect:-
(i) In the top of the order dated 22.04.2019 the name of the petitioner "Neha Pandey" be deleted and in its place the "Neha Pandey and another" be read.
(ii) In every places of order dated 22.04.2019 the word "petitioner" be deleted and in its place the word "petitioners" shall be read.
Accordingly, the correction application is allowed.
Office is directed to issue a certified copy of the order accordingly.
