This writ petition has been filed for issuing mandamus directing Station House Officer, P.S.Karhal, district Mainpuri (respondent-2) to ensure fair and impartial investigation in Case Crime No.455/2018, under Section 307 I.P.C., P.S. Karhal, district Mainpuri.
It is alleged that the F.I.R. was lodged on 10.6.2018 but police is not proceeding in the matter.
In the fact of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to Station House Officer, P.S. Karhal, district Mainpuri (respondent-2) to ensure a fair and impartial investigation in Case Crime No.455/2018, under Section 307 I.P.C., P.S. Karhal, district Mainpuri and submission of police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. as early as possible.
