1. Heard Sri G.S. Chaturvedi, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Sri Abhinav Singh, Advocate for applicant and learned A.G.A. as well as Sri Pankaj Bharti, Advocate Respondents.
2. This is a bail application moved by accused-applicant for enlarging him on bail in Case Crime No. 130 of 2015, under Sections 304, 323, 325, 352 IPC, Police Station Khatauli, District Muzaffar Nagar.
3. It is contended that applicant is innocent and falsely implicated in present case. However, from record it is evident that applicant is named in First Information Report and his involvement is fortified by the statement of witnesses recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C. I, therefore, do not find it a fit case for grant of bail.
4. Application is accordingly dismissed.
