Heard Sri Abhijit Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
By means of this 482 Cr.P.C. application, the applicant has prayed for a direction to dispose of the bail application of the applicant on same day in pursuance of FIR dated 02.07.2018 in Case Crime No.292 of 2018 under Sections 2/3 U.P. Gangster and Antisocial Activities (Prevention) Act, police station Ghirore, District Mainpuri Bareilly.
After having examined the prayer made in the present application and perused the material brought on record, I find that neither the applicant has surrendered before the court below nor moved any bail application, hence, the present application is wholly misconceived and not maintainable.
The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
