This correction application has been filed on behalf of informant seeking correction in the order dated 14.12.2021 with the prayer that even though informant has put in appearance through Mr. Vikrant Rana, Advocate, however, his name is not mentioned in paragraph-1 of order dated 14.12.2021.
Record shows that vakalatnama of Mr. Vikrant Rana, Advocate is already on record.
Accordingly, paragraph-1 of order dated 14.12.2021 shall be read as follows:
"Heard Mr. Madan Mohan Srivastava, learned counsel for applicant, learned A.G.A. representing opposite party-1 and Mr. Vikrant Rana, learned counsel representing informant."
This correction shall form part of earlier order dated 14.12.2021.
With the aforesaid directions, this correction application stands finally disposed of.
