Supplementary Affidavit filed today is taken on record.
Considering that the effect of the impugned order is that recall filed by the respondent no. 5 in Revision No. 201613001078, whereby an exparte order dated 30.3.2017 has been set aside. Now the revision is to be heard afresh after hearing the parties concerned I am not inclined to interfere against the same.
The writ petition is devoid of merit and is dismissed.
