By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has come to this Court alleging that by virtue of sale deed, he is in possession of Arazi Plot No. 291/2MO admeasuring 118.50 sq yd which it is claimed, is being encroached upon by others and therefore, direction be issued to the police authorities or the administrative authorities to remove the encroachment from the said land the petitioner be put in possession.
Such direction cannot be issued by this Court in writ proceeding.
The writ petition is misconceived and is accordingly dismissed.
