The grievance of the petitioner is that the Partition Suit No.T-201805440305911 (Saukat Ali Vs. Amit & Ors.) under section 116(1) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending in the Court of Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Tamkuhiraj, District Kushinagar may be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Suit No.T- 201805440305911 (Saukat Ali Vs. Amit & Ors.) be decided within a period of six months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
