Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the order sheet.
The only prayer made is for an expeditious disposal of the suit.
From the order sheet, the Court finds that barring a few adjournments, which has been granted on payment of cost, which appears to have been accepted by the defendants, the matter is proceeding with the recording of evidence. The last date fixed was 11th October, 2018. The trial court is therefore making its endeavour to proceed with the matter and there is no need for this Court to issue a direction, leaving it open for the trial court to proceed with the suit as expeditiously as possible.
The writ petition is consigned to records.
