JUDGMENT / ORDER

Rule.
To be heard with Special Civil Application No. 10023 of 2007. Office is directed to place Special Civil Application No. 10023 of 2007 along with present matter.
By way of ad-interim relief, the impugned award is stayed by recording the statement of learned advocate for the petitioner that amount has already been deposited. The amount invested in the Fixed Deposit shall not be disbursed. However, the interest accrued on the Fixed Deposit shall be paid to the concerned respondent- workman.
Notice as to interim relief returnable on 18.04.2012.
