JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) Rule.
Mr.Pandya, learned APP waives service of notice of Rule.
The present application has been preferred by the applicant - convict for temporary bail on the ground that he wants to find out a match for his daughter and to undertaken the engagement.
It appears that there is no fixed date of engagement and the wife of the applicant - convict is staying with the daughter. Hence, for finding a match, the presence of the applicant - convict cannot be said as indispensable. So far as the engagement is concerned, no date is fixed.
Under the circumstances, discretion does not deserve to be exercised and, therefore, the present application is not granted. Rule discharged.
