Learned counsel for the applicants contended that by order dated 05.10.2018 of this court passed in Application u/s 482 no. 33558 of 2018 (Nagendra vs. State of U.P. and Another) proceeding of the case is stayed against the co-accused Nagendra.
List in due course with the aforesaid application.
Till the next date of listing the proceeding of the Criminal Case No. 873 of 2014 (State vs. Jayantri and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 611 of 2014, under Section 3/5 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984, Police Station- Ghughali, District- Maharajganj, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Maharajganj shall remain stayed.
