Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has falsely been implicated by his wife in Complaint Case No.2515 of 2010, under sections 498-A,323,504,506 I.P.C and 3/4 D.P Act in which he was summoned on 28.4.2009 and after lapse of over 9 years the trial is still pending and the applicant is being put to harassment.
Upon hearing the learned counsel for the parties, this application is disposed of with the direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial of Complain Case No.2515 of 2010, under sections 498-A,323,504,506 I.P.C and 3/4 D.P Act (Smt. Parveen Vs. Naushad & others), Police Station Rasoolpur, District Firozabad, pending in the Court of ACJM-II, Firozabad, expeditiously, if possible, within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order before it.
