This petition for writ is before us to have a writ for respondent no.3 to conclude the inquiry regarding the death of Sri Javed, S/o Shaheed, R/o House No.85, Mohalla Kasavan Dasna Gate, Police Station Kotwali City, Ghaziabad.
Learned Additional Government Advocate states that the inquiry has already been completed and is submitted to the competent authority on 16th January, 2018.
In view of the statement given, nothing survives in this petition for writ. Hence, the same is dismissed. The petitioner however, shall be at liberty to submit the objections if any of his grievance survives. The authority concerned shall consider the objections and decide the same by providing reasons.
