Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the Non Bailable Warrants issued against the applicants vide order dated 16.4.2019 by the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Farrukhabad in Complaint Case No.118 of 2014, under Sections 498-A, 506, IPC and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, P.S. Jahanganj, District Farrukhabad.
The prayer for quashing the order dated 16.4.2019 issuing Non- Bailable Warrants against the applicants is refused. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, the applicants are directed to appear before the concerned court along with an application for recalling the order dated 16.4.2019 issuing Non-Bailable Warrants and in case the applicants appear and file the application within three weeks from today, then the said application be decided by the learned magistrate expeditiously in accordance with law.
For a period of three weeks from today no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants. In case the applicants failed to appear within the aforesaid time before the concerned magistrate, coercive action shall be taken against the applicants in accordance with law.
