It is states that the award under challenge in these appeals are passed under the provisions of Section-163(A) of the Motor Vehicles Act and the proceedings filed under Section 166 of the Motor Vehicles Act is withdrawn on 19.10.2001.
In view of the above statement made by the learned Advocate for respondents, Mr.Dakshesh Mehta, learned advocate for the appellant-Insurance Company states that he has no objection if the award impugned in this appeal is confirmed.
In view of the above, it is held that the award impugned in these appeals passed under Section 163-A of the Motor Vehicles Act will be treated as final award for all purposes, between the parties in respect of the accident in question. The appeals stands disposed of accordingly.
