JUDGMENT / ORDER

ADMIT.
CIVIL APPLICATION NO.7156 OF 2008 RULE returnable on 21st August, 2008. Pending the Appeal there shall be ad-interim stay in terms of paragraph 4(A) on condition that the applicant ? Insurance Company, within four weeks from today, deposits the award amount in the Tribunal below.
The sum of Rs.25,000=00 deposited in the registry be transmitted to the Tribunal below.
