In spite of three orders passed by this Court, R & P is not reached before this Court. Therefore, The Registrar (Judicial) is directed to look into the matter and will seek explanation from the Principle District Judge, Ahmedabad(Rural), why the orders of this Court are not complied with.
R & P be called for, so as to reach this Court on or before, 23rd March, 2012. S.O. to 26th March, 2012.
Learned Advocate for the appellant states that cross-objection has been filed on 8th February, 2000 and stamp fee is also paid. Therefore, Office is directed to verify as to whether such cross-objection is filed or not. If it is filed, then place the same on the next date of hearing alongwith this Appeal.
