1.0 This Court on 07.02.2012 passed the following order:

"Counsel for the appellant to take appropriate steps for unserved respondent No.7 within a period of 4 weeks, failing which the appeal qua unserved respondent No.7 will stand dismissed. S.O. to 12.3.2012.

R & P to be called for from the trial court concerned so as to reach this Court on or before the next date."

2.0 In spite of the aforesaid order, learned advocate for the appellant has not taken any action. Hence, the appeal stands dismissed for default.
