Earlier, these matters were listed before this Court on 26.03.2012, at that time learned advocate Mr. Mehta, appearing for the appellant was requested to adjourn the matters. At his request the matters were adjourned to today. Even today, when the matter was called out learned advocate Mr. Mehta is not present. Therefore, the present appeal stands dismissed for default. No order as to costs.
