According to the report of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bijnor dated 24.8.2021, which is on the record as the appellants in this case, Nathan son of Bhukia and Munney son of Nathan have died.
I have perused the report of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bijnor, I am satisfied with regard to the death of appellants in this case, Nathan son of Bhukia and Munney son of Nathan.
Having due regard to the facts mentioned above, the appeal is dismissed as abated.
It is open to the victim-victim's family to move recall application against this abatement order if it is found that the appellant is still alive.
Office is directed to sent back the lower court record to the concerned trial court.
