Writ petition has been filed for quashing the F.I.R. dated 9.11.2018 registered as case crime no.216 of 2018 under Sections 3/5/8 U.P. Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station -Sakeet, District Etah.
In the F.I.R., in substance, allegation has been made on 9.11.2018 when the police party made raid then three persons, who were identified in the light of torch Nasroo, Murad Ali and Lalla fled away from the spot and from the spot, one cow was found butchered.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not arrested from spot and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He is running a vegetable shop and the police personnel are annoyed with him.
In view of the facts of present case, writ petition is disposed of finally with the direction that the petitioner shall not be arrested in case crime no.216 of 2018 under Sections 3/5/8 U.P. Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station -Sakeet, District Etah till submission of police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C.
