The instant petition seeks a direction upon the respondents 2 and 3 to apprehend the respondent no.4 in Case Crime No.534 of 2018, police station Kotwali, district Meerut.
Sri Avnish Kumar Srivastava appearing for respondent no.4 has produced photocopy of final report no.59 of 2019 dated 1st May, 2019 submitted in the above case and he has also produced copy of the protest petition already filed by the petitioner.
Under the circumstances, if the final report has not yet been accepted, it is always open to the petitioner to press the protest petition before the learned Magistrate concerned With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed off. Order Date :- 27.11.2019.
