The petitioner is stated to have filed an application for recall of order dated 29.1.2016 passed by respondent no.2 in proceedings under Section 20 (3) of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948. According to him, the order passed by respondent no.2 dated 29.1.2016 is an exparte order, as the notice was never served upon the petitioner. Since the application has not been decided so far and hence, the instant petition.
Having regard to the facts of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no.2 to decide the said application in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
