The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:-
"i. to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 02-11-2021, in case crime no.197/2021, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and 3/4 of the Muslim Women (Protection of Right of Marriage) Act, 2019, P.S. Dakor, District Jalaun. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of the impugned F.I.R."
Shri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. on the instruction apprise the Court that the Sessions court has already accorded interim protection to the petitioner in anticipatory bail on 25.11.2021.
The Court is, therefore, not inclined to proceed further in the matter. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
