The only prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to conclude the proceedings of Original Suit No.114 of 2009, within a time specified by this Court.
The suit has been filed by the petitioner in the year 2009. A perusal of order sheet reveals that the matter is posted for recording of evidence of the parties.
Having regard to the facts of the case and the submissions made, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial court to decide the suit expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties, regard being had to the fact that the suit is of the year 2009.
