The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the application dated 31.3.2021 filed for recalling the order dated 6.1.2021 passed in Suit No.T-202005440105876/2020 be decided expeditiously.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid case.
Without going into the merits of the case, it is directed that the application dated 31.3.2021 filed for recalling the order dated 6.1.2021 passed in Suit No.T- 202005440105876/2020 be decided within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order shall be duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
