1. Rule. Mr.Soni, learned APP waives service of notice of Rule.
2. The present application has been preferred by the applicant - convict for temporary bail on the ground that he wants to attend the marriage of the brother of his wife.
3. The jail report shows that the convict is in jail for a period of 13 years and six months. Further Page 1 of 2 R/CR.MA/7108/2015 ORDER whenever he was released earlier on bail, there was no untoward incident.
4. Under these circumstances, the applicant -
convict be released on temporary bail for a period of 10 days from the date of his actual release on condition that he furnishes a personal bond of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) and one surety of like amount with the further direction that upon expiry of the bail period, he shall surrender before the concerned jail authority.
5. The present application is allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
