(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE PARESH UPADHYAY) The present application was filed since the Doctors at Government Hospital were off the duty. By this time, it has been reported that the Doctors are on duty.

Under these circumstances, the learned counsel for the applicant does not press the present application.

However, it is directed to the jail authorities that the surgery which was planned earlier shall be performed on the applicant without further delay and appropriate treatment shall be given to the applicant.

Application disposed of accordingly. Rule discharged.
