We have perused the record and the order passed by the learned Single Judge. The order passed by the learned Single Judge is a reasoned one. The appellant has sought to change the date of birth at the fag end of his service.
We are not inclined to interfere in the order passed by the learned Single Judge.
The Special Appeal is dismissed. No costs.
