Learned advocate Ms. Mehta on behalf of learned advocate Mr. Nanavati for ULC authority requested for adjournment on the ground that learned advocate Mr.Nanavati for the ULC authority is attending hearing of a matter before the Division Bench which is likely to last for the today's first session. On the other hand learned counsel for the lessors have also requested for time until day after tomorrow so as to file affidavit. Hence, S. O. to 08/02/2012.
