[1] It is submitted by learned APP on instructions that trial has commenced and four witnesses are examined. It is further submitted that complainant and other witnesses are also examined and now only two witnesses are required to be examined. It is further submitted that trial will be completed in near future, preferably within four months.
[2] In view of above, learned advocate for the applicant does not press this application at this stage. Application stands disposed of as not pressed. Rule discharged.
[3] If trial is not completed within four months, applicant will be at liberty to approach this Court.
