1. The order passed by this Court on 03.09.1997 is as under:
"Rule returnable on 24.9.1997. Notice as to interim relief. In the meantime, ad-interim relief in terms of para 6 (i) on condition to deposit 75% of the amount with proportionate cost and interest in terms of the award, within four weeks from today. It will be open for the Tribunal to pass appropriate orders for disbursement and investment in light of the impugned award in individual matter. The amount of Rs. 25,000/- deposited alongwith the memo of appeal under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 shall be transmitted by the office to the Tribunal for the purpose of passing appropriate orders for disbursement by the Tribunal."
2. The same is confirmed. The Civil Applications stand disposed of, accordingly.
3. The First Appeals to come up for hearing on 13.02.2012.
