Heard learned counsel for the parties.
This writ petition has been filed praying for following reliefs:-
"issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari or any other proper writ, order or direction quashing the order dated 13.03.2019 passed by the Prescribed Authority (annexed as Annexure No.12 to the instant writ petition), rejecting the aforementioned application dated 13.02.2019 (numbered as 'Paper No.86 Ga') filed by the petitioner in the said release case (numbered as 'P.A. Case No.1 of 2016; Neeraj vs. Narendra') as well as the aforementioned order dated 27.07.2019 passed by 'Sri Vinod Kumar Singh- III, District Judge, Hapur' (annexed as Annexure No.16 to the instant writ petition), rejecting the aforementioned 'P.A. Revision No.12 of 2019; Narendra Singh vs. Neeraj Kumar Agrawal';"
After the arguments were heard at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition, therefore, it may be dismissed as withdrawn.
In view of the above statement made by learned counsel for the defendant-tenant/petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
