Civil Misc. Withdrawal Application No.2 of 2021 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that this writ petition has been filed against the order of compulsory retirement. He wants to withdraw the writ petition so as to pursue his claim for post retiral benefits.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach for payment of post retiral dues before the respondent no.5, Superintendent of Police, Sonebhadra, District Sonebhadra which shall be considered and decided with all expedition, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months.
