Learned counsel for the petitioner may implead the Gaon Sabha as a respondent in the case and serve a copy upon Sri Pradeep Singh, learned counsel appearing for the Gaon Sabha during the course of the day.
The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the demarcation suit being Case No.T-201916670404839 (Narendra Kumar Singh vs. State of U.P.) under section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending in the Court of Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Gyanpur, District Bhadohi be decided expeditiously.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid case.
It is, therefore, directed that the Case No.T- 201916670404839 (Narendra Kumar Singh vs. State of U.P.) be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order shall be duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
