The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent no. 4 is misusing the name of a firm of which the petitioner was the partner and the same has been dissolved.
In such fact situation the remedy available to the petitioner is to file an appropriate suit before the Court having jurisdiction. The writ petition for the said relief is not liable to be entertained and accordingly stands dismissed.
