This Writ Petition coming on for Orders this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is taken up for final disposal.
2. In the instant petition, petitioner has assailed the draft seniority list of Joint Director/Managers dated 12.10.2018.
3. This Court cannot interfere in respect of draft seniority list. Aggrieved person has to file his objections, if he is not satisfied with the ranking assigned in the seniority list. On receipt of such objection, if any, the competent authority has to finalize the seniority list. Undisputedly, as on this day, draft seniority list dated 12.10.2018 has not attained finality. The concerned respondent is hereby directed to finalize the draft seniority list dated 12.10.2018 (Annexure-C), if list is not finalized. If draft seniority list is already finalized, furnish copy of the same to the petitioner within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
