Learned AGP Ms.Amita Shah for the respondent places on record a copy of communication dated 09.02.2012 from the office of the Director, Social Defence, Gujarat State, Gandhinagar to Principal, M.P.Shah Government School for Blind, Junagadh.
Learned AGP states that one Shri H.P.Modh, Planning Officer from Social Defence Department is present before the Court and states that he will see to it that the benefits payable under Section 17-B of the Industrial Disputes Act will be paid to the applicant-employee before the next date.
