Time to surrender by the convict is extended till 3.5.2012. After the convict surrenders before the Jail Authority, as directed above, the physical condition of the convict shall be examined by the doctor at Jail and the report thereof should be submitted to this Court on the next date of hearing. In the meantime, proper treatment shall also be provided to the convict as advised by the doctor.
