The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order dated 28.01.2021 passed in Writ Petition No. 1125 of 2021 ( Naresh Chandra Vs. State of U.P. and Others).
Today when the matter is taken up, it is stated by Sri Kishan Gautam, learned counsel for the applicant that the order of the writ court has been complied with, therefore, no further order is required and prays for its dismissal.
In view of his statement at the bar, the present contempt application is dismissed.
