Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The instant writ petition challenges the order dated 30.08.1986 passed by the Consolidation Officer, respondent no.1.
It is admitted by counsel for the parties that against this order, the petitioner as also respondents have preferred an appeal, which are pending consideration.
Not only is the writ petition barred by availability of statutory of alternative remedy, such statutory alternative remedy has also being availed by the parties.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is hereby, dismissed.
The parties may pursue their remedies, which they have already availed.
It is however,provided that the appeals filed by the parties be decided as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties, thereto.
