JUDGMENT / ORDER

Rule.
Learned APP Mr.P.D.Bhatte waives service of rule on behalf of respondent State.
Considering the averments made in the application, the applicant's late surrender of three days when he was on parole leave is treated as the period of parole extended. The application is allowed and the rule is made absolute accordingly.
